Confusion

Sometimes there seems to be some confusion between the LPWI and the National Libertarian Party.

They are two separate organizations. You can belong to either one or both, but being a member of one does not automatically make you a member of the other as some folks seem to think.

Both have their own dues structure and membership requirements which require separate applications and payments.

In addition to state and national organizations, there are many local affiliate groups. These are also separate organizations and belonging to one of these does not automatically make you a state or national member, or vice versa. Also, each local can have different membership requirements.

I hope this will clear up some of the confusion I have been coming across.
